How to open an account with us?
You have to sign up with your mail id and create an account by setting up a password. {LINK - sign up page} Next step will be filling up all the required details and verifying your number and email, updating your profile details, social security number and uploading verification documents.
People living outside the US, can they open an account?
No, we currently require all our clients to have a U.S. social security number, a permanent U.S. residential address, and currently reside in the U.S due to financial regulations. We cannot support clients residing outside of the U.S.,  including U.S. citizens residing abroad.
Who may invest and open an account with Compound?
Both accredited and non-accredited investors of age 18+ can open an account.
What is the minimum investment to do with Compound?
You can start investing with as little as $10.
How long does it take for my bond purchase to be processed?
Your purchase should clear within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email when your bond has been issued and credited to your account.
How long does it take for withdrawal to be processed?
An ACH withdrawal transfer usually takes upto 5-6 business days to process.  You will be notified by email once the transfer has been completed.

How do compound high-yield saving Bonds work?
We invest and loan money from bond proceeds in real estate assets across a diversified portfolio consisting of mortgages, residential, commercial, and industrial assets. The income generated through rents, interest, and capital appreciation from our real estate assets flows back to Compound. Then, the interest owed is returned to the bondholder, and the process is repeated until funds are withdrawn.
Are compound high-yield saving bonds secure?
Yes, these high-yield saving bonds are secure as they are backed by US Treasuries and real estate assets.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
No, You can withdraw your funds any time without any penalties or fees.
