A fixed-income bond backed by U.S. real estate. Monthly liquidity.Trusted by 15,000+ investors since 2021.
Why this, why now
Inflation has quietly eroded the value of conservative savings. The Compound Bond was structured to solve that.
The national-average 12-month CD pays approximately 4.00% APY. After inflation and tax, that is a slow leak — not a strategy.
The Compound Bond pays a contractual8.50% APY, backed by a portfolio of first-lien (senior, secured) real estate bridge loans originated by Compound's lending subsidiary, plus a reserve of U.S. Treasuries. Monthly liquidity. No early-withdrawal penalties. No management fees.
It is not FDIC insured, and like any investment it carries risk. But it was built for a single audience:people who want their conservative dollars to earn more — without locking those dollars up for years.

What backs the bond
Senior real estate loans. Conservatively underwritten.
Every dollar invested is deployed into a portfolio offirst-lien real estate bridge loans, typically originated at 65–70% loan-to-value, leaving substantial equity cushion. The portfolio is diversified across geographies and property types — multifamily, mixed-use, and single-family bridge — with no exposure to speculative office or development.
A reserve of U.S. Treasuries is held alongside the loan book to support liquidity for monthly redemptions. Loans are underwritten by Compound's lending subsidiary under standard private-credit principles: senior position, real-asset collateral, short duration (typically 9–18 months).
During the 2020 market shock, the bond paid every coupon on time.No interruption, no gating, no missed distributions.
