How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset on the login screen.
When Can I withdraw my funds?
Compound Bonds are liquid, meaning you can withdraw your funds via ACH at any time. No commitments, No locks-in.
How to verify your identity while opening your account?
When you open an account with Compound, we take a few steps to verify your identity using Plaid. After verifying your email by 4 Digit Verification Code, you will need to register your mobile number and date of birth on Plaid’s screen and verify your mobile number with an OTP.
Why should I enable round-ups?
If you enable round-ups, your spare change will automatically be invested in your account making you more money.
What is auto-investing?
If you opt for auto-investing, your chosen amount will be automatically credited to your compound account on a weekly or monthly basis.
How do round-ups work?
Round-ups work like getting change when paying with a dollar. For example, a $2.49 coffee rounds up to $3, with the 51cents difference going towards your next bond purchase. Even full-dollar transactions, like $15.00, round up to the  next whole dollar.

 When you connect your bank account to our app, it fetches daily transactions and rounds up each purchase to the nearest dollar. Once your round-ups total $10, a bond purchase is triggered for your Compound Bonds account. The $10 istransferred via ACH to our bank, and a bond is issued to you when the transfer clears.

 Note: The $10 cost for the bond is deducted from the linked bank account when your round-ups reach $10.
Can I cancel my bond purchase?
You can't cancel, you need to reachout to our chat support, then our compliance team will help you cancel it within the cancellation timeframe.
How can I change my personal information on my account? (Like name, address or number)
Your mobile number or e-mail address can be changed by making a request via chat support.
What if my transaction fails?
It fails if you don't have balance in your bank account, so always fund your account before making a purchase.
Why is my transaction still pending?
It takes 3--4 Business days for a transaction to process from bank account to our platform when you purchase our bonds or when you withdraw your funds, it is because of Plaid & ACH considering security of your transactions.
