What is Regulation A+?

October 27, 2026

Regulation A+ is a set of SEC rules that lets companies raise money from the general public, not just wealthy or institutional investors, through a simplified registration process.

Two tiers

  • Tier 1: up to $20 million a year, reviewed by state regulators.
  • Tier 2: up to $75 million a year, with audited financials, ongoing SEC reporting, and investment limits for non-accredited investors.

CREB and Tier 2

CREB's offering is qualified under Tier 2, so its financial statements are audited and its reports are public. See investment limits and CREB's SEC qualification.
